1. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Meal Plans, etc.)
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download or access link has been provided.
If you experience any issues accessing your digital purchase or believe it was sent in error, please contact us at info@recipita.com within 7 days of your purchase, and we’ll be happy to assist.
2. Physical Products (Books, Merchandise, etc.)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@recipita.com. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item in question.
Depending on availability, we will either:
- Issue a replacement, or
- Provide a refund
Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect item selections once the product has shipped.
3. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
4. Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@recipita.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped (or for digital products, not yet accessed), we may be able to cancel it. Orders that have already been shipped or accessed cannot be canceled.
